Our founder, Chip Nix, knew he would be a trial lawyer since he was in the seventh grade in Montgomery public schools. Attorney Nix graduated from Auburn University and was awarded Phi Eta Sigma, a scholastic honorary. He then attended the University of Alabama School of Law, where he was on the National Moot Court Team. He began his legal career upon admission to the bar in 1973. He has spent four decades serving clients in numerous trials throughout the state.
